Greetings!

Hello everyone! (not that i expect a great deal of people to be reading this) i have been thinking about blogging for a long time and did start a blog a while ago, but i lost interest in it and felt as if it had gone a bit stale. I had no inspiration for posts, mainly because i was trying to focus on what would make me look 'cool' or fit in with a certain community, i just wasn't feeling it. Recently, however, i have been feeling very inspired, it is as if i have suddenly been given a new lease of life, so i have created this blog with the intention to encapsulate within it all the things which inspire me, in the hope that it will shine a light on someone else who is feeling flat and uninspired. I aim to blog about clothes, DIY projects, crafts, nature and all things wonderful! I truly hope you all enjoy! Be Inspired!

Things i love right now-
The Hobbit-JRR Tolkein

I am a MASSIVE Lord of the Ring's fan so you can imagine my excitement when they announced that they would be creating the Hobbit in film! The first film (as it is split into three- as i am sure you know) was SO amazing i simply could not wait to find out what happened next, so as soon as i finished my studies i began devouring the contents of this wonderful classic and i have to say, as much as the book and film differ, they are both truly amazing, dropping you head first into another land bringing back that childhood sense of longing- if only it were true!

Sharks teeth bracelet- made for me by my little brother

This is just so cool- real sharks teeth on a lovely shiny black cord. He made this on holiday in Norfolk so it was a lovely surprise, and very thoughtful considering he is only eleven (i do suspect my mum had something to do with it!) but i shall wear this with pride!

And Finally- Pearl Lowe's Vintage Craft Book!

Another gift from my families travels- this book is exactly what i needed to get my thrifting head back on- full of sumptuous, glamorous, kooky vintage designs, this book is perfect to dip into for inspiration- which it has in bucket-loads! I will definitely be doing a more in depth review of this book once i have had the chance to recreate some of the goodies hiding within its pages.
